Water Baptism

Water Baptism is an important initial step for a person who has repented of his or her sins and begun the journey as disciples of Jesus Christ. In water baptism we follow the example of our Lord (Matthew 3:13-17) who was baptized in water at the beginning of His public ministry. Further, it serves as a testimony to others that we have made a decision to follow Jesus.

We practice water baptism by immersion and believe that water baptism should follow one’s confession of faith in Christ Jesus.
