Small Groups are intended to help us grow as disciples and make disciples by equipping, empowering, challenging, and encouraging one another through the Holy Spirit in the Word, Prayer, Fellowship, Evangelism, Generosity, and Excellence. These groups will be made up of 2-6 people who will take time to engage in the Presence of God together for the purpose of activating the Holy Spirit’s work through their lives.

The standing orders that Jesus Christ gave to the church until His return is to “make disciples” (Mat 28:18-20). We become disciples by actively receiving and releasing the anointing of God into the lives of others.
-
We strongly encourage and recommend using the Bible studies (select one study at a time) provided in our DRC (Discipleship Resource Center). There are presently studies provided in three languages from several sources in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
-
It is recommended that each Small Groups meet for the duration of their chosen study (6, 8, 10, 12 weeks, etc.). Groups should have between 2-5 people with a designated facilitator. Once a group exceeds 5 individuals (or 3 couples), it should “multiply” into two groups, with an additional leader prayerfully selected. Each group can determine the timing of their gatherings. Once a week is suggested, but some groups may meet every other week. Small Groups can meet in homes, coffee shops, out in the community, at the church, or even virtually (on ZOOM, etc.).

First, pray about activating the Great Commission in your life to “Make Disciples.” Second, please fill out a Small Group Facilitator Application Form and you will be contacted by a team leader.

“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.”
